We are accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year through Friday, September 30 for 7th - 12th grade students. Because NWNHSHS is a chapter of Eta Sigma Alpha, students must meet the standards of Eta Sigma Alpha to qualify.
New members must submit the following:

- permission slip and medical waiver form,
- registration form, and
- a copy of the standardized test score report.
- Payment: $30 for first student and $20 for all siblings.

They can be downloaded below and printed, signed by the applicant and a parent, then scanned and submitted by email to northernwakehonorsociety@gmail.com or may be submitted in person by the September meeting. Please be sure to add a copy of the standardized test score report. Applicants will receive an email confirming that all required documents have been submitted.
Returning members must complete a registration form every year. A test score report is required upon initial application and when entering 9th grade if the junior high scores would not qualify as a high school score. Test scores should not be more than one year old at the time of acceptance.

To be eligible for Eta Sigma Alpha, a junior high school or high school student must have one of the following scores on one test administration:
- A test score of 98 (CLT), 97 (CLT 10), 97 (CLT 8);
- a score of 1200 (SAT), 1200 (PSAT), 1170 (PSAT 10), 1090 (SAT suite for a 9th grade student), 1020 (SAT suite for an 8th grade student);
- a score of 26 (ACT), 26 (Pre-ACT 10);
- a 90% composite score on the Iowa ITBS or ITED;
- a 90% on the total battery (the score listed under the National PR-S or PR column) on the Stanford;
- or 90% total score (listed under the NPR column) on the Terra Nova 2 (CAT 6) 2nd Edition.
