We are accepting applications for the 2020-21 school year through Wednesday, October 21st.
New members must submit theMember Requirements and Code of Conduct form (shown below), the permission slip and medical waiver form, the registration form, and a copy of their standardized test score report. The registration form may be completed online here (recommended), or may be downloaded from SCRIBD below. All other forms must be printed, signed by the applicant and a parent, then scanned and submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applicants will receive an email confirming that all required documents have been submitted.
Returning members must complete a registration form every year. A test score report is required upon initial application and when entering 9th grade. Test scores should not be more than one year old.
Testing requirements for the 2020-2021 have changed due to the difficulties of sitting for standardized tests after March 2020. Please see the HSA website for information.
A test score of 98 (CLT), 97 (CLT 10), 97 (CLT 8);
A score of 1200 (SAT), 1200 (PSAT), 1170 (PSAT 10), 1090 (PSAT 8/9 for a 9th grade student), 1020 (PSAT 8/9 for an 8th grade student);
A score of 26 (ACT), 26 (Pre-ACT 10);
A 90% composite score on the Iowa ITBS or ITED);
A 90% on the total battery (the score listed under the National PR-S or PR column) on the Stanford;
or 90% total score (listed under the NPR column) on the Terra Nova 2 (CAT 6) 2nd Edition.
